Individual and family coverage through MNsure
If you’re under 65 and buying your own coverage, we can compare plans, check your tax credit eligibility, and enroll you — at no cost to you. We’re a certified MNsure broker enrollment center on 1st Street South in Willmar, and we meet with people from Spicer, New London, Litchfield and across west central Minnesota.
The basics
What is MNsure?
Is MNsure an insurance company? No — MNsure is Minnesota’s health insurance marketplace where individuals and families can shop, compare and choose health insurance coverage that meets their needs.
MNsure is the only place you can apply for financial help to lower the cost of your monthly insurance premium and out-of-pocket costs. Most Minnesotans who enroll through MNsure qualify for financial help.
Who uses MNsure? Mostly people under 65 who don’t get coverage through an employer — self-employed folks, farmers, early retirees, and families whose employer plan costs more than it should. If you’re already 65 or turning 65 soon, you’re looking at Medicare instead, and we handle that too.
MNsure open enrollment
Two deadlines inside one enrollment window
Open enrollment runs November 1, 2026 through January 15, 2027. There are two deadlines inside it: enroll by December 15 for coverage that starts January 1, or by January 15 for coverage that starts February 1. Come see us early in the window and we’ll compare your options together, without the last-minute rush.

Plan comparison across carriers
As a certified MNsure broker, we’re independent — we compare the plans available in your county side by side rather than selling you one company’s product.
Tax credit and subsidy checks
Eligibility rules are tightening for 2027. We’ll run your household numbers and tell you what you actually qualify for.
Enrollment help, start to finish
As a certified MNsure enrollment center, we do the application with you, in the office, and stay on file as your agent afterward.
Year-round service
Life changes — a new job, a baby, a move — can open a special enrollment period outside the normal window. And if you qualify for Medical Assistance or MinnesotaCare, or are a member of a federally recognized American Indian tribe, you can enroll any time of year. Call us and we’ll check.

Proof of income — recent tax returns, payroll stubs, W-2s, or income statements for everyone in your household

Social Security numbers for all household members, including children and infants
