Group & Employer Plans

Benefits for west central Minnesota employers

From two employees to two hundred. We quote the market, handle enrollment meetings, and stay on as the person your employees call when something goes wrong — all from our office in Willmar.

We write group health plans for employers across Willmar, Spicer, New London, Litchfield and west central Minnesota — manufacturers, clinics, farm operations, retail shops, contractors and city offices. What they have in common is that nobody on staff wants to spend their week on insurance.

For employers

What we handle for your business

Market quoting

We shop the carriers writing group business in Minnesota and lay the options out plainly, including what changes for employees. You see premiums, networks, and deductibles side by side — the real trade-offs, not a sales pitch. And we re-shop the market at every renewal, so you're never coasting on last year's rates.

Enrollment meetings

We come on site, explain the plan to your staff, and handle the paperwork. Your employees get plain-language answers about what's covered and what it costs before they commit, and new hires get the same walkthrough when they join mid-year. You run your business — we'll run the meeting.

Ancillary benefits

Dental, vision, life, and disability coverage round out the medical plan, and these add-ons often cost less than employers expect. They also matter when you're competing for good people. We'll price each one for your group so you can decide what's worth offering.

Ongoing service

Your employees call us with claims and billing questions instead of your HR person. When a claim is denied or a bill doesn't look right, we get on the phone with the carrier and work it out. That's year-round service — not just a visit at renewal time.

Employers

Renewal coming up?

When should you call? Ninety days before your renewal is comfortable; sixty is workable. If your rates just came in higher than you expected, that’s the moment — there’s usually still time to shop it. And when an employee turns 65 and starts asking about Medicare, send them to us; we’ll sort out how it works alongside your group plan at no cost to them.

Send us your current plan summary and census. We’ll come back with options and what they’d actually cost you.
